1 Hour Massage – Beginning at the head, then to the shoulders, before working the massage down to your lower back, legs and feet.

30 minute Facial – Cleanse, Tone and Exfoliate.
- 30 Minute Pedicure – a foot soak spa, exfoliation scrub and a conditioning cuticle treatment with therapeutic oils and finishing with a file, shape, base-coat, 2 coats of Bio Gel varnish and top coat.
