Beauty Withinn Terms and Conditions

 

By booking and appointment at Beauty Withinn you automatically agree to all of the terms and conditions listed here.

 

Cancellations and ‘No Shows’

Should you wish to cancel your treatment within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost.

Continuous cancellations and no shows will result in you being required to pay a deposit of 50% of the treatment cost when booking you next appointment.

Deposits are non refundable.

 

Deposits

Deposits may be taken when you book an appointment which takes 30 minutes or more to do. Deposits will be charged at £10. If a deposit is request, we will be unable to book your appointment until this is payment has been made.

Accidents

Accidents must be reported at the time of the incident. This will be recorded in our accident book prior to leaving the salon. Beauty withinn accepts no liability if this procedure has not been followed.

 

Complaints

If you have an issue or complaint, you must notify us immediately and we will consult with you in order to find the appropriate solution.

You will be referred to a member of management who will deal with the complaint. We will ask you to return to the salon within 2 weeks of the original appointment to enable us to offer you the treatments free of charge. It must be the same as the original appointment. If you have simply changed your mind or if you return after the second week, normal charges will apply.

If you have altered or attempted to alter a hair colour or cut by yourself or a third party, this guarantee becomes null and void.

We welcome feedback and it is important for you to inform us if you are not 100% happy with your treatment at any stage.

 

Patch Testing

A patch test is required by law at least 48 hours prior to chemical services for all new and existing customers.

 

Client Cards

All treatments are recorded on a client card and your are required to sign and date your client card after every appointment. Client cards hold personal information which is kept strictly confidential at all times.

 

Discounts and Vouchers

Any discount and vouchers can not be redeemed against any other offer or deals we have in the shop. Vouchers can only be redeemed against the full pricing of the treatment. Discounts and vouchers are accepted at management discretion.

Management has the right to refuse any discount or voucher.

When booking an appointment, you must let us know that you are using a voucher for your booking. If you haven’t told us you have a voucher you may be charged at full price for your treatment.
