Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment at Beauty With Inn, you automatically agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Cancellations and No-Shows
- 1.1 If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
- 1.2. Repeated cancellations or no-shows will require a 50% deposit when booking future appointments.
- 1.3 Deposits are non-refundable.
2. Deposits
- 2.1 A £10 deposit may be required for appointments lasting 30 minutes or more.
- 2.2 If a deposit is required, your appointment will not be confirmed until the payment has been received.
- 2.3 All deposits are non-refundable.
3. Accidents
- 3.1 Any accidents must be reported at the time of the incident.
- 3.2 The incident will be recorded in our Accident Book before you leave the salon.
- 3.3 Beauty With Inn accepts no liability if this procedure is not followed.
4. Complaints
- 4.1 If you have any concerns about your treatment, you must inform us immediately.
- 4.2 A member of management will review your complaint and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
- 4.3 You must return to the salon within two weeks of your original appointment for any corrective treatment, which will be offered free of charge. The corrective treatment must be the same as the original appointment.
- 4.4 If you return after two weeks or have changed your mind, standard charges will apply.
- 4.5 If you or a third party have altered or attempted to alter a hair colour or cut, our guarantee becomes null and void.
- 4.6 Your feedback is important to us, and we encourage you to let us know if you are not 100% satisfied with your treatment.
5. Patch Testing
- 5.1 A patch test is legally required at least 48 hours prior to any chemical services.
- 5.2 This applies to both new and existing customers.
6. Client Records
- 6.1 All treatments are recorded on a client card, which you are required to sign and date after each appointment.
- 6.2 Your personal information is kept strictly confidential at all times.
7. Discounts and Vouchers
- 7.1 Discounts and vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
- 7.2 Vouchers can only be used against full-priced treatments.
- 7.3 Acceptance of discounts and vouchers is at management’s discretion.
- 7.4 Management reserves the right to refuse any discount or voucher.
- 7.5 When booking an appointment, you must inform us in advance if you intend to use a voucher. If you fail to do so, you may be charged full price for your treatment.
